Absolute Cuisine are proud to be the in-house caterers at the exciting new wedding venue Rackleys Chiltern Hills in Cadmore End Buckinghamshire, opening in spring 2021.

Many of the menus can be adapted to cater for those guests who would prefer a gluten free or vegan option. Please feel to discuss this with our dedicated wedding planner, who will discuss the requirements with the Chef.
We take seriously those guests and visitors with allergies and specific dietary requirements. If any of your guests have specific dietary requests we are very happy to discuss a suitable menu for them, but we do require 10 full working day notice to be able to guarantee that we will be able to accommodate their needs.
*All meals are produced in an area where wheat flour and nuts are used, so guests need to be made aware of this in cases of severe allergies.
